The other night I got thru my workout and afterwards felt crummy. Usually I'm energized and feeling good! I chalked it up to being tired. When I got home I noticed my throat started that dry/scratchy feeling and immediately started thinking of all the things I have to do in the next couple of days and anxiety set in. It's never convenient for a mom to get sick plus being sick just sucks period. Luckily I have a hubby who steps in when needed. Such a good guy! I made myself my Hot Toddy Recipe which let me sleep the night. When I got up the next morning I had a doozy of a sore throat. I remembered I pinned a drink recipe to feel better from a sore throat so I made that for myself and documented how it did. In other words I put this pin to a test! Here is my test:
